Delivery Options
I've added several delivery options so you can choose what works best for you. Please keep in mind that Cook by Feeling is a big book, weighing over 1 kg, so postage costs can vary depending on the delivery method and destination.
If the delivery option you'd prefer isn't currently available at checkout, please get in touch! If it's something I can arrange, I'll be happy to see what I can do.
For local orders within Lisburn and Belfast, local delivery may also be available.

Returns & Refunds
I hope you love your copy of Cook by Feeling, but if you change your mind, you can let me know within 14 days of receiving your physical book that you'd like to return it. You'll then have a further 14 days to send it back.
Books should be returned in their original condition. Unless the book is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed, including the cost of standard delivery where required. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.
Damaged or incorrect order? Please get in touch as soon as possible and I'll get it sorted.
Digital PDF purchases: Once your digital download has begun, you may lose your 14-day cancellation right where you've expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged this before downloading. This does not affect your rights if the digital content is faulty or not as described.
